Hi there future Panther! As you embark on your college search, know I am here to guide you through it all! Allow me to walk you through each step of the college admissions process, and help you and your family conquer any challenges you may face. Eastern Illinois University offers many opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience both academically and recreationally, as well as provides students the tools for success for years to come. I look forward to welcoming you to the EIU family!
About Me: I'm a first-generation Latina! I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy taking spontaneous trips that involve nature.
Advice for Students: I encourage students to always ask questions and get involved. No question is a silly question, so don't be afraid and ask away! Also, get involved and connect with others! This will open many doors and opportunities for you - now and in the future. Overall, I believe you create your experience so make it great!
Favorite Place on Campus: I would have to say the Mellin Steps! These are the step outside Doudna Fine Arts. This is the perfect spot to meet up with friends, have a homework session, or take a break and enjoy the beautiful view. You should definitely check it out!
