Purpose

The primary purpose of this facility shall be to recognize and encourage scholastic excellence, develop leadership abilities, foster professional activities, and promote fellowship among professionals, faculty, and students of the fraternal spirit among its members and instill in all people the awareness of the importance of special education in the development of overall human potential.
