Research says Blacks earned 10.2 percent of all master’s degrees awarded that year, 8 percent of all research doctorates and 6.5 percent of all professional practice doctorates.  We are looking at our African American Alumni and researching the number of Alumni that continue their educational journey after leaving EIU.  We are looking at those students that go beyond the Master’s degree to further their education.  Please complete the machform below to provide additional information.(Report from U.S. Department of Education, 2019)
