EIU celebrates its 2022-23 ACA recipients

Awards celebrate the commitment, dedication of EIU’s faculty to teaching excellence, research, service

(Charleston, IL) – Eastern Illinois University has recently named its recipients of the University’s 2022-23 Achievement and Contribution Awards. The awards—or ACAs—are awarded annually to selected faculty in four category areas: Primary Duties/Teaching, Research, Service, and Balanced (all combined).

“The recipients of this year’s Achievement and Contribution Awards demonstrate the commitment of EIU’s faculty to excellence in teaching, research & service,” said EIU President Jay Gatrell. “Each recipient’s impressive accomplishments underscore the centrality of faculty in the life of our University and their impact on Eastern’s amazing students.”
