EIU hosts presentation about inclusive practices in academics, student affairs

Dr. Jerlando Jackson was the speaker and facilitator at the Diversity and Inclusion Dialogue presentation, held at EIU late last month. Dr. Jackson is the Vilas Distinguished Professor of Higher Education and Director and Chief Research Scientist of the Wisconsin Equity and Inclusion Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and he visited EIU’s campus September 30 to facilitate a dialogue on inclusion in higher education to various EIU groups of administrators, faculty, staff and students.
