Hi! My name is Haley Sanders and I have the pleasure of serving as the Nutrition Education Coordinator at the HERC. I recieved my bachelor's of science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in dietetics at the university of Illinois- Urbana Champaign. I'm excited to continue my education here at EIU in Nutrition and dietetics. I'm working towards lifelong healthful habits and making nutrition easy. As the Nutrition Education Coordinator, my goal is to provide self-efficacy when it comes to overall nutrition and wellness. You are in the driver's seat of your health; I am merely here to assist you in creating mindful patterns and behaviors. My services include one-on-one nutritional assessment sessions through our Nutritional Analysis program, administering events such as Healthy Cooking 101, and collaborating with various departments to provide nutrition education programming campus wide.
