EIU juniors and seniors with a 3.25 GPA can apply to an accelerated graduate program. An accelerated program allows you to start taking graduate coursework as an undergraduate, then count it for both your bachelor's and master's degrees.
Why choose the accelerated program?
The accelerated program allows you to finish your graduate degree between a semester to a full year early.
When taking graduate classes as an undergraduate student, you only pay undergraduate tuition. These classes then count towards both of your degrees.
Prepare for the Future
The accelerated program allows you to get a feel for what rigorous graduate level classes are like, allowing for a more seamless transition into the full program after you graduate.
