Make an Appointment
Students: Log in to MyHealth to make appointments, check lab results, see your medical history, immunizations, and more.
All new students are required to turn in immunization forms to the Health Service. Individuals not in compliance will have a hold on their account and be charged a late fee. Forms may be dropped off, faxed, or emailed to the clinic.
Funding for visits to Health Service is supplemented by the "Health Service" student fee, which is automatically billed through your tuition and fees. The same services are available to full- and part-time students at the corresponding student fee rates.
The Health Service Pharmacy offers medications at low cost to students. Over-the-counter medications are also available to employees and students at a low cost. Click here for the Pharmacy Over-the-Counter Medications Listing.
