University policy requires all new or rehired employees to participate in direct deposit of their wages as a condition of employment. Enrollment forms are included in the hiring packets for new employees. Employees who currently do not participate in direct deposit may enroll at any time by submitting a completed form (below) to the Payroll Office, Room 2011, Old Main.
Actual paychecks will be available for pickup in the Cashier's Office on the applicable scheduled pay date. Proper identification and signature is required.
If you are picking up a check for another employee, you must have documentation indicating authorization from the payee in addition to proper identification and signature.
