Zoom is a user-friendly video conferencing platform accessible via your computer desktop or mobile device.
Eastern Illinois University is in the process of setting up a new Zoom license; it is not currently live while we wait for tech support from their team, but you can sign up for a basic/free account with your eiu.edu email address. Once our institutional account is set up, you'll be able to begin using your EIU NetID and password to log in.
If you are attempting to sign up for Zoom with your eiu.edu email address and encounter this message:
you should choose the "Join the Account" option.
