What can I do if I can't access my account?
- Make sure you are using the correct login information.
- Confirm that you are entering the correct password for your account. If you are unsure, try signing in to one of these systems to test your login: PantherMail, PAWS, or D2L Brightspace.
- If you continue to have trouble logging in to an EIU service, try resetting your password by following the instructions here.
- If you are unable to reset your password, please contact the EIU Help Desk at 217-581-4357 during business hours.
