What can I do if I can't access my account?

  1. Make sure you are using the correct login information.
  2. Confirm that you are entering the correct password for your account. If you are unsure, try signing in to one of these systems to test your login: PantherMail, PAWS, or D2L Brightspace.
  3. If you continue to have trouble logging in to an EIU service, try resetting your password by following the instructions here.
  4. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact the EIU Help Desk at 217-581-4357 during business hours.
