Did you enter your NetID or email in all lowercase letters?

Is it time to update your EIU password?
Try resetting your password using the instructions on the password help page.
If you have checked everything above and still cannot log in, write down the exact error message you see and call the EIU Help Desk at 217-581-4357 during business hours.
