We are currently moving to a new authentication system for our web and e-mail systems.
We need you to reset the password for the ACCOUNTNAME account before September 30, 2013. If you have any questions please e-mail accmgt@eiu.edu
Please go to the EIU website:
Go to A-Z (in the top right of the screen)
Choose the letter P
Choose Password Change
Enter in ACCOUNTNAME for the account name and then current password for this account.
Create security questions (if asked)
Choose Change Password
After setting your new password, please remember to change it in any software (Outlook or Secure FTP) that may need it.
