Today an EIU NetID and password were given to an outside entity by a user via email; because of this activity we are experiencing email blacklisting from various sources. This means that various SPAM filters on the internet are blocking email sent from the EIU email systems. Information Technology Services is working with the various internet SPAM filtering companies to clear our email servers from the blacklists. You may experience some “bounced†emails until this situation has been resolved. Please see the PantherMail web page for updates on this situation.
