The Charleston Police Department released the following information.
Charleston Police Detectives have linked Martin “Petey†Oliver to two additional armed robberies involving food delivery drivers. Oliver was arrested Saturday, December 3rd, by Charleston Police in connection with an aggravated robbery that occurred just prior to his arrest. Oliver is currently incarcerated at the Coles Co. Safety and Detention Center.
The December 2nd incident, in which a man was robbed in the 1400 block of Seventh Street, remains under investigation. If you have any information regarding this off-campus incident, please contact the Charleston Police Department at 348-5221.
