Subject: Banner INB/PAWS Downtime - Sunday
Banner INB and PAWS will be down for maintenance from 6:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday, September 16, 2011. Administrators will be applying an upgrade for Financial Aid and renewing the security certificate on Banner INB.
The certificate renewal may impact users who have bookmarked the Banner INB log-in page. If you receive an error about an invalid certificate, you will need to update your bookmark. This can be done by using the Banner website (http://www.eiu.edu/banner/) to log in the first time and bookmark the page.
