Subject: Unexpected Service Outages on January 21, 2011
Due to enexpected system issue's that require immediate attention, ITS will be taking down several systems used by campus starting at 12:30pm on January 21, 2011. Expected downtime is approximately 1 hour. Affected services include: Banner, PAWS, ASTRA, Help Desk Ticketing, Some File Sharing...among others. We hope to have all services restored by 1:30pm.
