Subject: PantherMail Trash Folder to be Emptied
Beginning January 5, 2011 all mail in your PantherMail Trash folder older than 15 days will be purged from the system. This will then become a daily process. This action will allow ITS to minimize the footprint of the PantherMail system, cut cost and further secure the email system.
