Subject: Argos and emailed reports unavailable Oct 16–18 for PRODODS upgrade
EIU's reporting database, PRODODS, will be upgraded from Friday, October 16 at 6am through end of day Sunday, October 18.
What will be unavailable during the upgrade:
* Argos reports
* Most reports delivered by email
* Some functions on the EIU website will be offline including: directory search, advising sheets, EWP, PantherPortal, and other web apps that use banner data.
Not affected: Admissions activity including applications and application status.
After the upgrade:
Reports should be available again on Monday, October 19. Some Argos reports may run slower than usual for a few weeks while the database is tuned. Speeds should return to current levels or better after that.
Starting October 19, report any problems to support@eiu.edu [support@eiu.edu]. Include the report name, what you expected, and any error message you see. Thank you
