Subject: Phishing Scam Alert
ITS has learned that over 700 EIU email accounts have been targeted by a phishing scam attempting to trick users out of their username and password information. The emails contain the Subject of "Email Alert for [email address]" and claims to be from the Help Desk. This email is a scam and was not sent out by the ITS Help Desk. Remember, the ITS Help Desk will never ask for your password via email.
Please do not respond to this email message. If you have responded to the email, please change your password immediately. For assistance, contact the ITS Help Desk at 581-HELP.
