Subject: Are You Bilingual? - EIU seeks information for State of Illinois mandated assessment of availability of bilingual employees
Are you bilingual or multilingual? Eastern is now required to assess how many of our faculty and staff members may be bilingual or multilingual in order to complete mandated reports related to compliance with a Illinois statute. We will submit information to the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) and to the Illinois Human Rights Department in a summary format without reference to any specific individuals.
