Subject: Campus Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey
Dear EIU Student,
Eastern Illinois University is conducting a Campus Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey as required by Illinois Law. The Illinois Board of Higher Education Task Force created this survey for distribution to all higher education institutions in Illinois. The purpose of the survey is to provide information about behaviors and perceptions that current students have related to the University.
Student participation in the survey will assist the University in its prevention and awareness efforts. Your participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. Your responses will be confidential.

Please complete the survey by Friday, April 12, 2024.
At the conclusion of the survey, you will be provided a separate link that you may complete if you would like to be included in a drawing for one of six $50 gift cards for dining dollars. No identifying information will be attached to your survey responses.
