Subject: INFORMATION REGARDING REPORTING OF LEAVE TIME DURING WORK STOPPAGE
As the month of April may result in a one-time reduction of pay for some, please complete your leave reports as follows:
For days in which you participated in work stoppage activities, please identify those days by using the leave code of Unpaid Leave 2023 – Code 649. This code should be available to all Unit A and Unit B employees.
If you cannot see this code on your leave report please contact us.
If you have already completed and submitted your April leave report and your leave report has been approved, you will need to contact Payroll for guidance. If your leave report has not been approved, you may still make changes to the leave report to include any unpaid leave hours related to the work stoppage that will need to be reported.
