Hello,
The EIU Child Care Committee requests your participation in a short survey that will be used to gather data on the feasibility of EIU providing child care services on our campus. We ask that ALL students, staff and faculty share their input. Your input is very important as it will help us assess whether or not an on-campus childcare is needed. Please remember that participation is voluntary and confidential, no identifying information will be used in data analysis.
