Dear Faculty, Staff and Student Employees:
Your 2022 W-2 wage statement is available on-line and just a few clicks away.
EIU employees who have consented to receive their W-2 via PAWS can now access and print their W-2 for calendar year 2022.
Employees who have not provided this on-line consent will be mailed their W-2.
Paper W-2’s will be mailed byJanuary 31st to the last known address EIU has on file. If employees have had an address
change that has been unreported during 2022, please contact the Human Resources Office.
As a reminder for those who have provided consent, you may access your W-2 by:
• Logging into PAWS:
• Selecting the EMPLOYEE tab
• Selecting PAWS9 EMPLOYEE DASHBOARD
• Selecting TAXES
• Selecting W-2 WAGE AND TAX STATEMENT
To print the W-2, arrow down the page and select PRINTABLE W-2.
