Subject: RE: Invitation to Participate - Employee burnout through the COVID-19 pandemic
Hello University Personnel, I am working with Dr. Nichole Hugo and Dr. Kelly Best and a study where we are exploring university employee burnout through the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to invite you to volunteer to participate in this study. The purpose of this study is to better understand workplace burnout and best practices for universities through a pandemic.
This research is treated confidentially, and participants volunteer to participate. If you wish to participate, please click on the link to the survey below. The survey should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete. Please remember that your participation in this study is voluntary, and you may withdrawal from that study at any time without penalty. After you have consented to participate, then proceed with the questionnaire which includes both closed and open-ended questions.
