There are campus wide voicemail issues; callers are experiencing a significant delay before receiving voicemail. This is also affecting users when checking voicemail messages. When checking voicemail, continue to stay on the line thru the 5 to 10 second delay until the voicemail platform answers.
The vendor is aware of the issue.
