You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Angie M. Ison and Dr. Lauri J DeRuiter-Willems, from the Department of Public Health & Nutrition at Eastern Illinois University. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. Please ask questions about anything you do not understand, before deciding whether to participate.
The purpose of this research study is to improve understanding of attitude, behavior, and knowledge of jumping rope.
If you volunteer to participate in this study, you will be asked for 10-15 minutes of your time to complete a self-administered online survey about your sleep habits and their effect on your quality of life.
