Subject: SECA Campaign Underway
The SECA (State and University Employees Combined Appeal) Campaign for 2010 is currently underway. Through payroll deductions and one-time donations, SECA gives us the opportunity to contribute to charitable organizations through this state-wide effort.
Thank you to those of you who have generously contributed in past years. Many of us already contribute to our favorite charities and organizations throughout the year independent of the SECA campaign, but you may be able to give to these same charities through SECA. SECA provides us with a wonderful opportunity to give back to our local and global communities. Even a small donation of $5 or $10 per month can make a world of difference. Thank you for considering making a charitable gift through SECA.
The SECA campaign is underway and will run to October 27, 2010. All SECA forms should be sent to Karla Sanders, CASA. Visit http://www.secaillinois.org to review participating charitable organizations and download a contribution form. For printed SECA booklets and contribution forms, or if you have any questions, contact Karla Sanders, kjsanders@eiu.edu, 581-6056. Contributions will be for calendar year 2011.
