Eastern Illinois University is dedicated to the safety and welfare of all campus members and guests. By means of this email, we are providing you with our Annual Security Report, which contains certain crime statistics for the previous three years. It also contains policies, procedures, and contact information regarding campus safety. The Annual Security Report can be found at https://www.eiu.edu/police/Safety_Report.php.
Because no community is free from crime, EIU has developed policies and procedures that are designed to ensure that every possible measure is taken to protect you and your property. This report has been prepared to increase your awareness of those policies and procedures. The Annual Security Report is available in a hard-copy format upon request.
