This is a reminder that you are invited to take part in a research study on the Student Recreation Center (SRC) here at Eastern Illinois University (EIU). If you have already responded, thank you, and please disregard this email.
EVEN IF YOU DO NOT UTILIZE THE SRC YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT TO US!
This study is directed by The Student Recreation Center Improvement Committee at EIU. The surveys will be anonymous with no identifying characteristics. Only the researchers will review the surveys, and solely for the purpose of coding data and performing analysis.
Participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate in this research study, it will take you approximately 10 minutes. Please remember that your participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. You can contact Dr. Hillier directly to request your withdrawal from the study at nhillier@eiu.edu.
