Subject: HLC Assurance Review Request
Dear EIU Campus Community,
As specified in our 10-year accreditation cycle in the Open Pathway, the HLC requires that we submit an assurance argument (i.e., accreditation report) in year 4. Members of the EIU Assurance Committee have drafted a copy of the report that can be reviewed by the campus community. We invite you to read the report, with particular attention to areas in which you have some expertise. We are especially interested in getting feedback on factual information that is reported, as well as anything that we may have left out that could strengthen our assurance argument, or things that may have been overstated.
Note: The links in the assurance argument will not work because they link to documents that are available only to those who have access to the assurance review system.
If you have comments, or questions, please submit them to Karla Sanders or Jeff Stowell by the end of the day on April 30th.
