You may reset your password at https://password.eiu.edu if you have previously established security questions or enrolled with a personal email account or mobile phone number. Student and annuitant passwords need to be changed once a year and employee passwords need to be changed every 6 months or your access will expire until the password is reset.
If you are not enrolled in the Password Management Tool, simply call User Services at 217-581-4357 and we will reset your password via phone after answering some verification question. If you would prefer we call you, please respond to this email with a contact # and we will call you. Please note, our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM, CST.
**You may also visit User Services located in the Student Services Building, Room 3040 during regular business hours.
