As we begin this academic year, the Information Technology Services department would like to provide a few easy ways to request technology support.
- Email
- You may send an email with a brief description of the issue to support@eiu.edu. This will automatically create a ticket and one of our staff will contact you to resolve the issue.
- Phone
- As always we offer phone support from 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Our staff can be reached by calling 217-581-4357.
- Chat
- We do offer the ability to chat with our support technicians online. You can start a chat session by browsing to https://www.eiu.edu/panthertech/ and then click on the Live Chat Icon on the bottom right.
