Dear Colleagues,
The Office of Academic Affairs invites you to attend one of two town hall meetings entitled “Advancing the Signature Experience.” The meeting will provide an overview of the proposed re-framing of existing structures and the broader implications of Vitalization across the division as EIU positions itself to grow, innovate, and enhance academic excellence. The framework extends from the collaborative efforts of Vitalization, specifically Workgroups 8 and 9, as well as the 2017-2018 Review Team report, the Student Success Taskforce, and feedback from critical stakeholders including the deans, chairs, and representatives of shared governance. The town hall meetings will be held in the Doudna Lecture Hall on Monday April 2, 2018 at 3:30 PM and Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
