As part of our continuous effort to provide support to campus, ITS will be combining the following services under one umbrella. This change will occur on May 15, 2017.

- Telecommunication
Moving forward if you need assistance you can send an email to support@eiu.edu or call 217-581-4357. If you call please press 1 when prompted and your call will be answered by the next available technician. The group will then be able to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. If the technician is unable to resolve the issue, the ticket will be escalated to the appropriate group within ITS for further assistance. Following these steps will simplify the process for students, faculty, and staff to receive support and it will allow ITS to be effective and efficient in our efforts to support campus.
