As of August 1, D2L support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! EIU faculty, staff, and students can now get answers to their D2L questions any time day or night by phone or email. (Instant chat will be available beginning August 8.) The toll-free phone number for D2L support, 1-877-325-7778, is posted on the D2L login page (https://www.eiu.edu/d2l/) and in the “D2L Support” widget on the “My Home” page in D2L. Email and chat support options are available via links within the widget.
Technical support is still available through Campus Technology Support during regular business hours (217-581-4357). D2L and course development support services are still available from the COL (Center for Online Learning) during regular business hours (217-581-8452).
