EIU Students,
This is a reminder that your email will be migrating to Office 365 after the spring semester grades are posted. ITS has posted a migration schedule on our informational website, www.eiu.edu/its/helpdesk/o365. Two days prior to your email and individual contacts being migrated, you will receive a final reminder from ITS.
A few things to know about the migration process:
· When the migration of your email account begins, your login to PantherMail will automatically take you to Office 365. All of your new messages will be delivered to your account on Office 365 beginning at that time.
· Over the course of 24 hours, your previous mail will be transferred.
· When the process is complete, you will receive an email from ITS letting you know your migration is completed.
· If you have a mobile device or other software configured to check your EIU email, you will need to reconfigure your settings. Instructions may be found at the informational website noted above.
