Do you know any high school students interested in enhancing their culinary skills? The School of Family and Consumer Sciences will be offering an Apprentice Chef Cooking School to allow students to gain practical experience in the hospitality and culinary arts field by working alongside professional chefs. The best part is attendees will earn EIU credit.

Option 1: June 1-4
Option 2: June 8-11
Option 3: June 15-18
