Billy the Panther is going to battle it out again this year in the annual Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Mascot Challenge presented by Delta Dental of Tennessee. The twelve OVC mascots will compete in a head-to-head rivalry for the championship title of “Best Mascot in the Ohio Valley Conference,” during the week of Feb.21 – March 6, 2014. The winning mascot will earn bragging rights for a year, and their school will also receive $1,000 towards their general scholarship fund. So vote, and vote again!
