Subject: Possible internet service interruptions - January 6-10, 2013
The week of January 6-10, 2013, ITS will be upgrading equipment used to access the internet. The majority of the work will be done without impacting services. There may be intermittent periods of inaccessibility to the internet from on campus and access to EIU services from off campus, including VPN connectivity.
At this time we do not have exact times of impact to services. We have created a web site to keep you updated. As we have information, the following web page will be updated: http://www.eiu.edu/its/helpdesk/internetinterrupt.php . In addition, we will also be posting updates to our twitter account @eiu_itshelp.
