Subject: System maintenance schedule over semester break
ITS will be conducting maintenance and upgrades on various services over the semester break. Following is a list of the service maintenance dates and times:
Friday December 20, 2013
* There will be intermittent outage of the main web (www.eiu.edu) and PantherFile between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Friday December 20, 2013 due to system maintenance.
* ITS will be changing the system PantherMail and PAWS use to verify login information on December 20, 2013. If you have not changed your password within the last 6 months, please do so prior to December 20 to avoid access issues after that date. To change your password, go to: http://password.eiu.edu .
Sunday December 22, 2013
ITS will be upgrading the Argos System on Sunday December 22, 2013. All environments of Argos will be unavailable from 7:00am until 12:00pm.
Once the system is upgraded, you will need to access Argos through new URL's.
The new URL's will be:
* Most users: https://argos.eiu.edu/argos
* E Launcher: https://argos.eiu.edu
* Argos Web Viewer: https://argos.eiu.edu/argos/AWV
These links will be available, as always, from the Banner web page (http://www.eiu.edu/banner/).
Please remember to delete any existing Favorites/Bookmarks in your browser as they will no longer work.

* Reportal, OnBase and Files Storage (M: and U: drives) will be unavailable on Sunday December 22, 2013 from 6:00am to 12:00pm.
Sunday December 29, 2013
* Banner INB/PAWS will be unavailable on December 29, 2013 from 6:00am to 12:00pm for system upgrades.
Monday December 30, 2013
* There will be intermittent outage of the main web (www.eiu.edu) and PantherFile between 7:00am and 12:00pm on Monday December 30, 2013 for system maintenance.
If any additional service interruptions are scheduled, they will be communicated in advance by email.
