Business Reply Mail

BRM is a domestic service that allows pieces bearing a specific address or label format to be mailed back to the addressee without prepayment of postage by the sender. Postage and fees are collected when the mail is delivered to the addressee who originally distributed the mail piece. Campus Mail Services charges the postage to the department's account.

Please use Panther Print & Copy Center for your business reply envelopes and postcards. They have the USPS approved templates for your reply needs.

Postage Due Chargebacks

Postage due mail is mail arriving at Campus Mail Services with postage due. Campus Mail Services charges the postage due to the addressee's account.

There is a ten ($.10) cent accounting fee charged by Campus Mail Services for each charged back mail piece.
