The Principal Endorsement Program is designed for those educators wanting to pursue leadership roles as an assistant principal or principal. After successful completion of 18 hours in the Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership program, students may apply for admission into this program. The Principal Endorsement Program requires, in addition to the master's program, successful completion of an additional nine (9) semester hours of coursework over the course of a year for a total of 42 semester hours.

Note: Adminstrator Academy 2001 (Illinois Performance Evaluation - Initial Teacher Evaluation Training) must be completed for this endorsement.
