Special Dietary Accommodations

Students with specific dietary needs are encouraged to complete the Special Diet Request Form to begin the accommodation process. The form can be accessed here: 

When completing the form, please be sure to fill out the Special Diet section, rather than the Allergen section, if your request is related to dietary preferences, medical diets, or other non-allergen dietary needs.

Once the form is submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Dining Services nutrition team. Submission of the form will connect you directly with a graduate student who assists in coordinating dietary accommodations. After submitting the form, please monitor your email for follow-up communication from pdiningnutrition@eiu.edu regarding next steps and available accommodations.
