Grubhub at ThE EIU Food Court

Our newly remodeled Chick-fil-A at Eastern Illinois University is now a full-service restaurant! With an expanded menu, you can enjoy all your Chick-fil-A favorites—from chicken strips and mac & cheese to ice cream and more. To make your experience even better, we’ve partnered with Grubhub, making it easier than ever to order and enjoy your meal.

How It Works: Ordering with Grubhub as a Guest

Our Grubhub partnership gives you added flexibility for ordering and payment. You can still use cash, credit/debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at our registers, but now you also have the option to skip the line by ordering through the Grubhub mobile app. Here’s how to get started:

• Download the Grubhub app on your mobile device.
• Create an account and add your preferred payment option. For added control, you can load a Grubhub gift card instead of a credit card to manage spending.
• Search for Eastern Illinois University Campus Dining in the app.
• When prompted, choose “Continue as a Guest” if you’re not affiliated with EIU as a student.
• Browse our full menu and place your order directly from your phone.

Important Tips for Ordering with Grubhub:

• Chick-fil-A opens at 10:30 AM. Place your order any time after this, and check in when you arrive by scanning the instructions sign outside the food court.
• Your order won’t be processed until you check in, so you’ll be able to bypass the ordering line.
• All in-person cash or credit card payments (not made via the app) must be processed at Chick-fil-A registers, rather than the common pay registers.
