Career Fairs
Eastern Illinois University offers two campus-wide career fairs each semester in addition to two educator-specific career fairs per semester and one graduate information day. Career fairs are an excellent recruiting opportunity as they allow employers to meet with hundreds of potential candidates while providing additional visibility and branding on the campus of EIU.

On-Campus Interviews
Benefit from the flexible scheduling and ease in interviewing many EIU candidates in just one day with an on-campus interview. Fall recruitment begins in September and continues through early December. Spring recruitment runs from late January through late April.

Information Sessions
Employers are welcome to schedule Information Sessions to showcase the details, history, achievements, and opportunities of their organizations with prospective candidates. These sessions are free to employers and include all presentation/AV equipment if desired.

Eastern Illinois University is proud to have more than 230 Recognized Student Organizations. Employers are welcome to research and find student organizations to target for potential group informational sessions and presentations. Classroom presentations are also a great opportunity for organization branding and exposure to a captive audience.
