Graduate Assistantships
Graduate assistantships are offered in every graduate program as well as non-academic units such as Housing and Dining and the Center for Academic Technology Support (CATS). Assistantships provide a monthly stipend in exchange for duties performed in research, teaching and service, as well as a tuition waiver scholarship. The scholarship waives tuition only, not fees.
Applicants need to submit their application online. The deadline to consider assistantship applications for most units is mid-February. Links to the online application and other resources can be found elsewhere on this page.
CATS offers technology development free of charge to graduate assistants. The Graduate School encourages assistants to take advantage of these workshops. information can be found by clicking here.
