Final Payment Form

Please click the link above, and then select the box that says "final payment due." You can make credit card payments through the form, or bring final payment to registration on July 14.

Camp Fees

The camp fee is inclusive of all tuition, room and board, and social activities. Please see the scholarship page for more information on scholarship support.

Fees are locked in by the timing of when you register, even if you pay the balance closer to when camp starts.

Late Registration 6/8/24 (with permission of the director): $675

Commuter Discounts

Use the partial payment form and subtract the discount from your payment. Email the EMC Director to set up specifics.

Fully Commuting (no housing or dining) - $150 discount

Commuting with lunches on campus - $100 discount

Commuting with lunches and dinners on campus - $50 discount

Refunds

Refunds (less a $75 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations made before June 1, 2024.  Cancellations on or after June 1, 2024 will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
