Online Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity

Eastern Illinois University is pleased to announce the introduction of the Online Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity ECACE Scholarship Degree program!

  • Are you working – or have recently worked – in an early childhood setting?
  • Have you earned an associate degree in early childhood education?
  • Are you seeking the flexibility of online classes?

If so, you are likely to be eligible to pursue a bachelor’s degree at EIU following one of two pathways:

  • B.S. in Human Services leads to a Gateways to Opportunity Level V credential
  • The B.S.Ed. in Early Childhood Education leads to a Professional Educators License with an early childhood (birth to grade 2) endorsement

The Online Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity ECACE Scholarship Degree program is structured so that you can complete a bachelor’s degree consisting of 60sh of online coursework. Contact us and we will connect you with an EIU mentor to help you through the process of registration, program planning, and gaining full access to scholarship funding.
